Is the free plan a trial?
No. Free is a real plan for teams of up to two people, with every feature included and no time limit. It only ends when your team outgrows it.
Do bigger plans unlock more features?
No — and that's the point. Boards, time tracking, roles, notifications and the AI connector are in every plan. Paid plans only raise the number of users on your account.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who is a member of your account — regardless of their role or how many projects they're in. Removing a member frees the seat immediately.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade when the team grows or downgrade when it shrinks; the change applies to your next billing period. Your projects, tasks and logged hours are never touched.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime — your account then continues on the free plan.
