7. AI Assistant Integrations (Connected Applications)
Timequip offers a connector that lets you access your Timequip data from AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. The connector only works after you explicitly authorize it through a secure OAuth sign-in flow; your Timequip password is never shared with the AI platform.
7.1 Scoped Access: During authorization you choose which permissions to grant (for example, read-only access to projects and tasks, or the ability to create and update tasks, comments, projects, or members). The connector can only access data within the scopes you granted and only data you can already see in the Timequip interface.
7.2 On-Demand Processing: Your data is fetched live from Timequip only when the AI assistant performs an action on your explicit behalf in a conversation. The connector does not retain your tasks, projects, comments, or other content after the request completes.
7.3 No AI Training: We do not use your Timequip data to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
7.4 Tokens: Access tokens issued to the connector are short-lived and limited to the permissions you granted. If you allow the connector to stay authorized, a refresh token is kept until it expires or you revoke it. Authorization codes are deleted immediately after use or expiry.
7.5 Revoking Access: You can revoke the connector's access at any time in Timequip under Settings → Connected applications, or request deletion of any stored tokens by contacting us at [email protected].
7.6 AI Platform Providers: When you use the connector, your requests and the data returned to the assistant are processed by the AI platform you use (e.g., Anthropic or OpenAI) under that platform's own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it.
